Delivery

FlowersGifts-ua performs delivery of flowers, plants and gifts to Kyiv (Kiev). We can also perform deliveries to all villages and small towns of Kyiv region directly from Kyiv for additional fee that is $0.5 per 1 km.

Delivery cost
Flower delivery to Kyiv is $4.
Delivery to Chayka, Petropavlivska Borschahivka, Sofiivska Borschahivka, Puscha-Vodytsia, Koncha-Zaspa, Kotsiubynske, Kniazychi, Bortnichi, Novoselki and other villages of Kyiv districts costs additional $10.
Delivery of gifts to Kyiv without floral arrangements costs $5.
Minimum order price to Kyiv and villages of Kyiv district is $12.

Delivery time
All deliveries are usually performed from 8a.m. till 8p.m.
We guarantee same day delivery of flower orders placed before 1p.m. by Kyiv time Monday-Friday. Weekend and public holiday cutoff times may vary.
Delivery of gifts and flower orders placed after 1p.m. will be performed next day or on the date chosen by the customer.

Delivery of gifts and flower orders placed after 8p.m. by Kyiv time will be processed after 9a.m. next day. Please note minimum order time processing is 2-3 hours depending on the city of the delivery.

Contacting the recipient
Please note that managers usually call the recipient to schedule the delivery without informing the items to be delivered. The managers may not call the recipient at the customer’s request; in this case we cannot guarantee personal delivery of the order.

Recipient Unavailable
If the recipient is not available at the address provided by the customer or at the time and place agreed with the recipient by our manager, the courier may leave the floral arrangements to a neighbor / a concierge or take the floral arrangements back to a floral store if they refuse to hand them over to the recipient.

Delivery photos
At the customer’s request we may take the photo of the recipient at the moment of the delivery if the recipient gives her/his permission.

Delivery to other cities of Ukraine

FlowersGifts-ua can perform delivery of flowers, plants and gifts as a custom order to other cities of Ukraine such as Berdiansk, Chernihiv, Chernivtsi, Cherkasy, Dnipro (Dnepropetrovsk), Donetsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kamianske (Dninprodzerzhynsk), Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytskyi, Kropyvnytskyi (Kirovohrad), Kramatorsk, Kremenchuk, Kryvyi Rih, Lugansk, Lutsk, Lviv (Lvov), Mariupol, Melitopol, Mykolaiv (Nikolaev), Nikopol, Oleksandriia, Odesa, Pavlohrad, Poltava, Rivne, Severodonetsk, Sumy, Ternopil, Uzhhorod, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhia, Zhytomyr, etc.
Please note that the indicated prices are valid only for delivery in Kiev.
For delivery to other cities of Ukraine the prices are increased by 20-30% on the checkout page.
