Kindly note that flowers are considered to be perishable goods. If for any reason the recipient is not completely satisfied with the quality of the flowers, the arrangement can be returned to the courier at the moment of the delivery.
Chocolates, sweets, drinks can be returned at the moment of the delivery only if the product package was damaged during shipment. The above mentioned items can also be returned in its original state within 24 hours if they passed the expiration date indicated on the box.
In the unlikely event fruit are damaged during shipment, please notify us within 24 hours, and they will be redelivered on the closest date suitable for the recipient. We will need to be provided the opportunity to pick up the product(s) you are dissatisfied with prior to processing a redelivery.
Non-perishable gifts (perfumes, jewelry, toys, etc) may be returned in its original state and unused within 5 days. 25% restocking fee applies, delivery fee is non-refundable in this case.
